Are you doing what you love?

Updated: Mar 29, 2023

Our bodies are affected by the thoughts we think, the food we eat and it's relationship to gravity. These three components affect the way we feel emotionally and physically.

Our emotional state continues to influence our thought patterns and the thoughts become our beliefs which continue to perpetuate the loop of our everyday thinking process. This in turn affects the way we eat and its affect on the body's ability to engage in physical activities. In every moment the choice is ours to make not only for ourselves but for the people we influence.

There are three stressors that affect our human experience, Physical (the body's relationship to gravity), Chemical (our nutritional choices and the environment that affect the chemical mechanisms of our body) and Emotional (how we feel, which is influenced by our thinking, our eating and the state of our physical movements.

The value that we experience in life is a reflection of the joy that we feel when we are doing what we love. In order to choose what is best for us and the people we help we must first look at what it is that we love doing that gives us the greatest joy. The awareness of this first step is what aligns us with our purpose. Finding our purpose is critical to our ultimate success.

This will allow us to give the greatest value to our world. We are here on this planet to contribute to humanity by bringing forth our gifts in the most loving way. Each and everyone of us has something very unique and special that is only for us to give One life of love expressing itself through the many in the most unique and diverse ways.
