WHY EMOTIONAL STRESS CAN PREVENT THE RESOLUTION OF STRUCTURAL AND CHEMICAL STREssors

We are spiritual beings having a human experience; our higher self is our true self. The body and its functional parts are how we interface with the 3D world.

We come from Love's pure energy, a vibratory frequency of harmonic balance. The world, the universe, was created from that harmonic balance, even our bodies.

Subjectively we interface with the world as functioning awareness. Within our awareness are our thoughts , emotions and our body. The thoughts we think affect the emotions we feel and vice versa. The body and its great sensorial function, follow in time behind our thoughts emotions and all the stressors in life that have a direct effect on it.

It is known in the field of nutrition and its relationship to homeostasis that enzymes play a crucial role in whether or not absorbable nutrition gets to the proper cell to provide homeostatic energy requirements for healthy function.

Emotional stress creates an additional demand for nutrition because of the body's need for more energy. This emotional stress keeps the body in a protective stance of a fight or flight posture, where muscle contraction adds to the body's nutritional demands and energy losses.

In the Oriental culture of medicine, it is believed that there are 7 emotions affecting 5 organs.

These organs, when compromised, will not be able to meet the needs of homeostasis and will eventually manifest in a dis-ease state somewhere in the body.

When stripping the onion of stress; evaluating structure and function under the influence of physical or chemical stressors, emotional stress has a way of rearing its head when it is the primary cause of the immediate manifestation of the objectively witnessed stress. Years ago, I observed that people sigh and release their breath when they let go of emotional stress. In the next blog I will explain some of the other factors involved in the resolution of emotional stress.
